Production Staff

As part of our winemaking team, Production Staff under the direction of the Bottling, Cellar, Warehouse Supervisor or Crush Operations Shift Lead assist with winemaking tasks in areas of harvest, cellar, bottling, sparkling wine production and warehouse operations. They perform manual labor and administrative duties in task set up, equipment operation, performance of work and clean up operations in these areas. They are responsible for performing work in all areas of production in accordance with the company SOP's, quality, efficiency, and branding standards.

Qualified individuals must be able to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English; have basic math skills; be organized; pay attention to detail; remain focused on safe conduct of duties to protect themselves, co-workers and the public. The person must be able to work in a loud, physical, fast paced environment that requires being on your feet for majority of a shift and frequent lifting of 35 lbs plus.

The winery is located at 19239 U.S. Highway North Clermont, FL 34715. Applicants can stop by Monday through Friday, between the hours of 10am and 4pm. You’re welcome to also drop off your resume and application Saturdays and Sundays between 11am and 4pm. Please keep in mind that we may not be able to meet with you on weekend days.

Education/Experience : 1 – 2 years manufacturing/production experience or equivalent.

Skills: Perform quality work efficiently with minimal supervision. Use proper safety equipment and safety procedures. Able to appear for work on time and demonstrate good attendance record. Demonstrate the responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. Demonstrate thorough, neat and orderly work habits. Demonstrate a positive, can do attitude.

Knowledge: Able to read, understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English. Possess basic math, calculator and computer skills.

Physical: Must be able to fit through a 17” x 20” tank door. Must be able to work outdoors in variable weather conditions. Able to lift and carry 55 pounds. Ability to work continuously in a standing position. Able to climb stairs/ladder to work platforms 12 feet or more high.

Other Preferred Job Qualifications: Forklift experience

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong work ethic
  • Reliable transportation
  • Flexible schedule: Able to work a 10hr shift starting at 5 am, able to work weekends and holidays as may be required, able to work overtime if needed. Complete availability during Harvest Season (August- September). During Harvest staff's schedules change to 3 shifts a day to have 24 hr coverage. Candidate must be willing to work any of them as may be required.
