The grapes are here! This is always an exciting time of the year as we prepare to bring in the harvest for another year. It's also been a long standing tradition here at the winery to celebrate that with our 31st Annual Harvest Grape Stomp, and that means it's time to "stomp some grapes!"
The annual grape stomping is by far the most popular and highly anticipated events we have at any of our festivals. It's truly fun everyone in the family so get those happy feet ready and come join the fun!

Tours usually run every 15-20 minutes during the festivals and start with a video presentation which shows the growing of the Florida grapes to the wine making process, and the finishing with the bottling and labeling. Your personal Tour Guide will then show you the production area and the spectacular view of the vineyards where the grapes are grown and harvested.
Enjoy a sample of up to 6-8 different wines as you walk through our production area and stop at each wine station. You will taste our award winning wines from dry to sweet including red and white wine.
US citizens: state issued drivers license, military ID, or state ID card.
International guests: Original passport preferred, or valid government issued photo ID with birthdate. Original passport will be required if government ID cannot be validated.

Phil Lindsay
Phil is a native of Rochester, NY, and a student of classical piano. Phil was inspired by the Beatles and began his musical journey playing in High School bands. As his band "The Scene," gained popularity they were opening for top artists of the time including Wayne Newton, The Turtles, and others.
During his tour in the Army, Phil learned to play guitar and entertained his fellow troops.
Phil has continued playing throughout his professional career joining bands in New York and Florida as he became a husband and father.
Phil's experience playing keyboards allows him to cover music enjoyed over the decades evoking their vocal and musical styles.
Phil donates his time playing at his church and performs with the Jay Rubin Band at area venues in The Villages, including City Fire at both locations, Brownwood and Lake Sumter. Phil also leads the Hawthorne Hackers, a band dedicated to playing within his community with fellow band member, Michael McDonald.
Michael McDonald
Michael is a native of Jamestown, NY and raised in Atlanta, GA. Michael fell in love with music at an early age, with his mom giving him his first guitar. Michael is a self-taught guitarist and was also influenced by the Beatles playing in High School bands. As he grew into his own, so did his love for Rock n' Roll performing the Beatles, Eric Clapton, The Eagles, just to name a few. He also enjoys playing Country Rock. Michael sings and plays Acoustic and Electric guitar.
As Michael continued his career path, he led a Contemporary Christian Band traveling throughout Georgia in the 90’s through 2003. Michael pursued his love of music as a solo singer/guitarist performing in the Atlanta area at venues and organization events.
Phil & Mike’s Music features the talents of two musicians who genuinely enjoy their craft. Phil and Mike complement each other’s styles as they perform classic rock and more.
Allie Sawicki, originally a native of Scranton, Pennsylvania, is a central Florida local singer/songwriter/musician/actor. Other venues include Margaritaville Resort Orlando, Seaworld, Universal Studios, along with other local Breweries & Farmer's Markets. You can also find her as half of two local music duos. Guitar/Vocals in "The Absent Trio" and Piano/Vocals in a female duo "Wick&Charm"

Chef Alojz and his wife Michelle are passionate about their authentic French cuisine food trailer. They take great pride and joy in making delectable creations and sharing with the people they meet. Both have cultural ties to France and craved the classic French crepe and macaron. Fueled by their cravings, and inspired by Parisian street food vendors, Chef Alojz traveled back to Brittany, France to attend creperie school. Here he mastered his sweet and savory crepe making skills. Additionally, with great care and practice, he perfected the art of making French macarons. Through Like In Paris they are delighted to be bringing a splash of France to Floridians.
Fun Fact: The French Macaron is very commonly mistaken for the Macaroon - a cookie made with coconut. However, the French Macaron is a delicate meringue-based confection made with two cookies that sandwich sweet, chewy ganache. Truly, just like in Paris.

The recipe for our delicious empanaditas was created 25 years ago in Medellin, Colombia. When we moved to the United States, we had trouble finding the perfect, authentic Colombian empanadas, so we decided to open up a food truck and show Orlando what Colombia is really about!
The empanaditas are hand made, from scratch. The outer shell is complete 100% corn, made for a crunchy bite. Our fillings are cooked by us, for you to enjoy!

My passion for smoking meats developed years ago when I first witnessed my wife's uncle, Leon (aka "Big Lee"), and his incredible skills on the smoker in the Mississippi Delta, Greenwood to be exact. The quality of the food he made was unparalleled and I couldn't get it out of my mind. But beyond his sheer talent, Uncle Leon had such a joy for cooking and, moreover, for sharing his amazing food with others. He was generous with his trade secrets, too, freely giving me tips on how to achieve better results. We lost Uncle Leon in October of 2012 and his passing has made me more conscious of not only how well I cook, but also how many people I share this gift with here at our food truck. He was an amazing man and he still inspires us today. Thanks, "Big Lee"!

Itzayana's founder, Diego, leans on several years of experience working within fine dining restaurants, along with his training from The Culinary Institute of America, to provide a unique food experience rooted in Mexican Cuisine. The inspiration for his food comes from years of classical training and his admiration of regional Mexican cuisine from around his hometown of Tabasco, Mexico, which pulls heavily from its Mayan and Pre-Hispanic influence in culture and food. We are Tao Te Cheese (pronounced Dow De Cheese), a creative grilled cheese food truck based out of Winter Park. Our small business was started in 2017 after 20+ years of working in the restaurant & retail industries. The backbone of Moto Food Truck is the paratha. The catalyst for opening our business, in fact, was falling in love with this Indian flatbread.
We come from a family of avid eaters with a particular fondness for all things bread. Our various experiments in bread-making over the years eventually led us to the paratha, pretty much an instant favorite. A layered bread with a crispy, croissant-like texture, sampling the paratha was different from any culinary experience we'd ever had. Right away, we knew we had to do something with it.
We shared the recipe with our niece, Laura, who was equally eager to harness the potential of this bread. It had been long standing dream of ours to open a food truck. Now we had finally found a cuisine worth going into business over.
Pasta and Grill is open to the public since December 2019, but its history began generations ago.
My family is originally from small towns in Italy, where all the original recipes for our dishes come from. This is how this dream began 12 years ago, together with my grandmother, my uncle and my parents we wanted to share all this great flavor with those around us, something simple but with great sentimental value for us, since sharing a lunch or dinner it is a special moment.
Now, after several years, together with my husband, I decided to take the business to another country to continue sharing our culture and honor the legacy of my family. More than pasta, we offer that experience of a homemade dish full of love.
