Parking Supervisor/Lead/Attendant

Lakeridge Winery & Vineyards is Florida’s premier winery and is situated among the rolling hills of Clermont Florida. The sprawling 127-acre facility is Florida’s largest winery and features a farm to table operation with active vineyards, bottling & cellar facilities, quality control lab, retail shop, and festival grounds.

Earning the title of “Florida’s Largest Winery” has kept us busy! We host monthly festivals and a variety of themed events throughout the year, both outside on our festival grounds as well as inside our beautiful winery. Our events feature live music, arts & craft vendors, a variety of food items, free winery tours and tastings, corn hole games, and other activities, all in a fun, dynamic, and festive atmosphere. The success of these events depends on having quality people on our team who enjoy the wine experience and have a passion for customer service.

Our Parking team is a critical part of the seamless guest experience we strive to create. The Parking team acts as the welcoming committee for our guests as they arrive to our festivals and events. Working as a team, they provide directional support for patron vehicles within designated parking areas and provide crowd control support. Please note, this role can be very physically demanding. Parking Attendants should expect to be standing or walking on uneven terrain for a majority of their shifts, to be working in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions, and to be periodically lifting up to 50 pounds.

Our staffing needs fluctuate greatly from event to event so we’re always looking for talented, team-oriented individuals to add to our team who enjoy working in a fast-paced, festival environment. If you’re one of those people, then we invite you to come by the winery and complete an application. The winery is located at 19239 U.S. Highway North Clermont, FL 34715. Applicants can stop by Monday through Friday, between the hours of 10am and 4pm. You’re welcome to also drop off your resume and application Saturdays and Sundays between 11am and 4pm. Please keep in mind that we may not be able to meet with you on weekend days.

Please note that this IS NOT a desk job, you cannot be afraid getting dirty, sweaty, or wet; walking a lot, bending, crouching, kneeling, or lifting 50+lb. You will be working outside in the heat a great deal of the time while mowing, performing general maintenance and pretty much whatever it takes to keep our operation running smoothly. You need to have good dexterity, be a hard worker and not mind tedious work. You will need your own work boots, gloves and rain wear.
